SII offers Fixed Wireless Access (FWA) Internet and Cell Internet services.
Fixed Wireless Access Internet
The Fixed Wireless utilizes towers that SII is located on and broadcast from. The FWA consist of a radio on the outside of your home or business that picks up the signal from our tower and is transmitted through a cable to a power supply and Wi-Fi Router for you to connect to.
This service is offered in the following townships in Marion County, IL, Salem, Stevenson, Tonti, Haines, Romine, Alma, Odin, and Sandoval.

SII Cell Internet
The Cell Internet consists of a router that picks up a signal from a cell tower and rebroadcast as Wi-Fi in your home or business for you to connect to. There are no cables to run with this service, we only need a power outlet.
This Service is offered in Southern IL.

Site Survey
Technicians will come to your location to determine which system will perform the best. If it is the Cell Internet it can be installed at the that time. If it is the Fixed Wireless Access Internet, a location will be determined where to mount the equipment and an install date will be scheduled.
Installation
Fixed Wireless Access
There is an installation fee that will be collected at the time the system is installed. The installation fee will be determined at the time a site survey is performed. The fee is determined by the difficulty of the installation and the first month of service. In most cases there is no equipment being purchased. Salem Internet Inc. provides the outdoor equipment and a wireless router.
Cell Internet
There is a cell router that will need to be purchased at the time of installation. The cell router can be installed at the time of the site survey.
Automatic Pay
The monthly Wireless Internet Service Fee can be automatically deducted from your checking account. Or you can click “Pay my Bill” below to pay with a credit card or debit card.
